Dashboard Overview
The Publisher Dashboard is the central hub for monitoring your affiliate performance. It's divided into four sections: Stat Cards, Earnings Chart, Top Performing Links, Recent Transactions, and Quick Actions.
The 5 Stat Cards
| Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Clicks | Sum of clicks_count across all your publisher_links |
| Total Orders | Number of confirmed purchase transactions |
| Pending Cashback | Sum of publisher_share for status = "pending" transactions |
| Confirmed Earnings | Sum of publisher_share for status = "confirmed" transactions |
| Withdrawable Balance | Confirmed Earnings minus already-approved withdrawal requests |
Earnings Overview Chart
The earnings chart visualises your daily commission trend. Below the chart, four summary metrics are shown: total clicks, total orders, total commission (pending + confirmed), and your conversion rate.
Top Performing Links
Shows your top 5 links sorted by click count. Each entry shows the short code, the full short URL, and total clicks. Click "View All" to go to the full Link Generator page with your complete link history.
Recent Transactions Table
Shows your last 5 transactions. Each row includes: Date, Cuelinks Order ID, Store Name, Order Amount, Your Earnings (publisher_share), and Status (Pending/Confirmed/Cancelled).
