1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LootBazaar ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users — shoppers, publishers, and administrators.

2. Platform Description

LootBazaar is an affiliate marketing platform that aggregates deals from Indian e-commerce stores and provides publishers with tools to generate tracked affiliate links, earn commissions, and automate Telegram deal posting. LootBazaar operates as a publisher in the Cuelinks affiliate network.

3. Publisher Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register as a publisher.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions.
  • LootBazaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity, click fraud, or violation of Cuelinks terms.
  • Publishers are independent contractors, not employees of LootBazaar.

4. Affiliate Commissions

  • Commission rates are set by Cuelinks and the respective stores. LootBazaar does not guarantee any specific commission rate.
  • Commissions are only earned on valid, non-fraudulent transactions confirmed by Cuelinks.
  • Pending commissions may be cancelled if the underlying purchase is returned or rejected by the store.
  • LootBazaar currently passes 100% of the Cuelinks commission to publishers; this rate may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Minimum withdrawal threshold is ₹250. Withdrawals are processed within 3–7 business days of admin approval.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Generate artificial clicks on your own or others' affiliate links (click fraud)
  • Use automated bots or scripts to generate clicks or transactions
  • Misrepresent deals, products, or pricing in your promotional content
  • Violate the terms of service of any store or affiliate network
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
  • Share account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

All content on LootBazaar — including logos, design, code, and original copy — is the intellectual property of LootBazaar. Product images and names are the property of their respective stores. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LootBazaar does not guarantee that deals are always available, that commission rates are always accurate, or that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Deal prices and availability are subject to change by the respective stores without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LootBazaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of commissions, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of commissions credited to your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
