Refund Policy

LootBazaar is a free affiliate marketing platform. We do not charge any fees to publishers or shoppers, so this refund policy primarily covers publisher commission withdrawals and cancelled transactions.

Publisher Withdrawal Refunds

Once a withdrawal request has been approved and payment has been transferred to your bank account or UPI ID, the transaction is considered final and cannot be reversed.

If a withdrawal was rejected or is pending, the amount is credited back to your withdrawable balance automatically. No separate refund request is needed.

Cancelled Commissions

If a commission is cancelled (because the buyer returned the product, the order was rejected, or fraud was detected), the amount is removed from your pending balance. If the commission had already been confirmed and withdrawn, LootBazaar reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from future earnings.

We will always notify you of commission cancellations via your publisher dashboard and via email.

Wrong Payment Details

If a withdrawal is sent to an incorrect bank account or UPI ID due to details you provided, LootBazaar is not responsible for recovering those funds. Always verify your payment details in Publisher Settings before submitting a withdrawal request.

If the error was caused by a platform bug on our end, please contact us within 48 hours at support@lootbazaar.net with your withdrawal ID.

Product Purchase Refunds

LootBazaar is an affiliate platform — we do not sell products directly. For refunds on products purchased through our deal links, please contact the respective store directly (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) using their official customer service. We have no control over store refund policies.

Dispute Resolution

For any commission or withdrawal disputes, contact us at support@lootbazaar.net with your publisher ID, the transaction ID, and a description of the issue. We will review within 5 business days and respond with our findings.
