The Three Transaction Statuses
Every transaction in your LootBazaar Publisher Wallet has one of three statuses: Pending, Confirmed, or Cancelled. Understanding these is critical to knowing when you can withdraw.
Pending Status
When Cuelinks detects that a purchase happened through your link, it immediately fires a postback to LootBazaar with status = "pending". This means the sale was recorded but the store has not yet confirmed the order is valid and non-returnable.
Confirmed Status
A transaction becomes Confirmed when Cuelinks sends a follow-up postback with status values like "validated", "payable", "approved", or "confirmed". At this point, the commission is added to your withdrawable balance and you can request a withdrawal.
Cancelled Status
A transaction is Cancelled when Cuelinks sends status "rejected", "cancelled", or "declined". Common reasons include: product return, order cancellation before shipment, fraudulent click detected, or the purchase not meeting the store's commission criteria (e.g. excluded categories).
